I hope you’ll have a great 20th! Never got to celebrate your birthday with you yet but I’m sure we’ll have lots of chances in aussie in the years to come! Thank you for being that friend who went through the season of transition with me! So glad I don’t have to go church­hopping alone when I first went over to Melbourne. Thankful for those moments where we get to explore the city (remember that day when we took so many failed pictures at the park near Southbank, and mart 130?) and the churches (I’ve never visited so many different churches in a short period of time hahaha) and Melbourne life (food, OCF, new uni life) in general. You’re a friend who’s so real and genuine and maybe a bit blur at times, but that’s what makes you authentic. I really like how you never fake who you are as a person, that’s so rare in our world now. It’s also amazing how I get to know you a bit more this year, and you surprise me with how strong you really are. Who would have thought underneath that small girl is a person of such strength. If you ask me why I say this, it’s just really seeing you go through so many different challenges, some big, some small, and you responded to life with such strong determination. I probably never told you this, but you inspire me with how you live life. You’re one of those people who look at life with passion and curiosity and positivity. You were pretty shy when I first know you but when I got to know you more I'm able to get along well really well with you and you really have a big heart and care for people around you.
